Silent,reverence will be observed today throughout the Capital City.

Clocks stand still, and flags lowered.

The streets and sidewalks lined on both sides from City wall to City wall with Mech pilots and their war-machines idled.

The colors of the Prefectorate Guard and the Red Lancers, are visible as far as the eye can see.

The Highlander Regiments from across Liaotian space, watch each entrance in and out of the City.

As provided for by Chancellor Decree and by special request, The Chesterton Delegation leads the procession towards the memorial site, flanked on both sides by Liao's Elite Warrior Houses.

Rangers and Commandoes from Tikonov and Sarna, line the wall tops encompassing the Great City.

As tribute to the sheer strength and omnious presence of the Liaotian military, spectacular flyovers and aerial shows compliment the day, courtesy of St. Ives' new Air-Command strike forces.

As the procession reaches its destination, Chancellors - Guard Units, proceed with their instrumental tribute to the prior Chancellor.

As delegates place the wreaths of memory on the terrace surrounding the memorial, it would appear one has been sent from every House across Liao.

A sudden hush falls across the multitudes, when members from Liao High Command, raise their hands into the air.

All heads bowed in reverence, and everyone on bended knee, not one left standing.

Then begins the announcement, heard city wide over virtual communications.

"Today in the Court yard of the Jade Throne of SIAN CITY, a memorial will be unveiled amidst the dogwood grove.
An Eternal Flame will remind us all of your contributions to the 'Great House Liao', we are humbled."

Rise to your feet all citizens of Liao. Applaud, his Chancellorship, celebrate his time with us.

The thunderous noise, could be heard across the land, and continued to echo across the hillsides.

Now go.

Go in silence and remember why you are Liao.
